At Tathastu, we believe in keeping our homeowners informed every step of the way. Here's the latest update on the construction progress across all towers:

12 September 2025

Tathastu 35 Tower 1

The excavation work for ground floor to 1st floor has been fully completed.
Structure work for ground floor to 1st floor is 16% completed.
The next milestone is to begin structure work from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor.

Excavation Work - 100% Completed

GF to 1st Floor - 16% Completed

Next Milestone - 1st to 2nd Floor

Tathastu 35 Tower 2

The excavation work has been fully completed.
Structure work from the 22nd floor to the terrace is in progress.
MEP and finishing work is also currently in progress.

The excavation work has been fully completed.
Structure work from the 7th to 8th floor is 47% completed.
The next milestone is to begin structure work from the 8th to 9th floor.

The excavation work has been fully completed.
Structure work from the Ground floor to the first floor is 13% completed.
The next milestone is to begin 1st to the 2nd floor.
